This policy explains what BluMoney collects when you text it, and why.

What we collect

• Your phone number and the messages you send to BluMoney, so we can understand and answer them.
• Your wallet address and your transactions. Transactions on Robinhood Chain are public by nature.
• Contacts you save (a name and an address or phone number), your display name and your settings.
• If you trade Stock Tokens: the time you confirmed you are not a US person.

Who we share it with

• Our messaging provider, to deliver texts.
• Our wallet provider (Privy), which holds wallet keys. Your phone number is sent to it only as a one-way hash.
• An AI provider (Anthropic) to understand free-form messages. Exact commands like YES are never sent to it.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell your data.

Keeping it

We keep records as long as your account exists and as long as the law requires for payments.
